Your property should be clean and uncluttered (almost to the point of being austere); in short, 'dressed up for company.' The goal is to invite prospective buyers to see themselves living there. The more excited and emotionally vested they are, the better their offer is likely to be.
Online Photography and Marketing Messages
Dear Buyer, this is why you want to see this property in person! Achieving a compelling pull-the-buyers-in message is enhanced by the extensive marketing that we include for all of our listings. Far beyond our comprehensive still-shot photography (as many photos as it takes to walk and inform prospective buyers through your property, both inside and out), we include a video and 3D Walkthrough Tour. New in 2021, we have also added 2D Interactive and 3D Birdseye View floorplans. All accessible via a one-click url that is specific to your property.
This online marketing is supported by a 4-color, 4-page brochure, available for all of the buyers who do visit. And outside, a weatherproof one-page flyer will be attached to the yardarm sign so that drive-by prospects can also readily get to all of the information on your property.
